Terms of sale
1. General
All products sold on Claneessa are handmade or print-on-demand creations. By placing an order, you agree to these terms of sale.
2. Orders

Prints & posters: Produced by our print-on-demand partner (Gelato). Orders are processed as soon as possible and shipped directly from the printing studio.

Stickers & small items: Made in limited quantities and shipped from my studio. Processing can take 3–7 business days.
3. Prices & Payment
All prices are displayed in GBP and include applicable taxes. Payment is accepted via paypal and credit cards. Orders are confirmed after payment.
4. Shipping & Delivery
Shipping times vary by product and destination:

Prints & posters: 5–10 business days in Europe, 10–20 internationally.

Stickers & small items: 3–7 business days processing; shipping fees may be higher.
Tracking is provided when available. Customs duties are the buyer’s responsibility.
5. Returns & Refunds

Print-on-demand items: No returns, except for damaged or misprinted items.

Stickers & small items: Returns accepted within 14 days after delivery if items are unused and in perfect condition. Return shipping costs are at the buyer’s expense.
6. Cancellations
Orders can be canceled within 24 hours after purchase.
7. Liability
Claneessa is not responsible for postal delays or lost parcels. In case of damaged items, I will work with the buyer and, if applicable, the print-on-demand partner to resolve the issue.
