1. Shipping & Delivery 

• Art prints & posters: Your prints are created especially for you through my print-on-demand partner (Gelato). They will travel directly from the printing studio to your home, usually within 5–10 business days in Europe and 10–20 business days internationally. Tracking is provided when available.

• Stickers : These little creations are prepared and shipped by me, from my studio. Processing may take 3–7 business days, and shipping fees can be higher depending on your location. Delivery times vary.

Customs fees or import taxes may apply and remain the buyer’s responsibility.

2. Returns & Exchanges

• Print-on-demand products: Since they are made uniquely for you, returns and exchanges are not possible, unless the item arrives damaged or with a printing issue.

• Stickers & small treasures: Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in perfect condition. Return shipping costs are at the buyer’s expense.

3. Cancellations

Orders can be canceled within 24 hours after purchase.

4. Damaged or Lost Items 

If your order arrives damaged, please contact me within 7 days with photos. For print-on-demand items, I will work with Gelato to find a solution (replacement or refund). For items sent by me, I will do my best to resolve the issue quickly.
I am not responsible for postal delays or lost parcels, but I will always try to help as much as possible.
